Our Approach
Mind and body. Working together.
Physical training, mental coaching, nutrition and recovery are connected.
At The Reset House, they form one personalised programme, shaped around your goals and the way you live.
The Reset House
This is not a retreat. Not a holiday. Not an escape.
The Reset House is personal, confronting and completely confidential.
You do not come here because you are weak, but because you have carried a great deal, for a long time.
It is a place to look honestly at how you perform, how you recover and how you live, and to change what no longer works.
See the whole picture.
The way you train influences how you recover. The way you recover affects your energy and focus. Your mindset shapes how you respond to challenges and maintain your routines.
Our approach considers these relationships together. By aligning the different elements of your experience, we create a focused opportunity to work on your performance and personal development.
01 — Mental Coaching
Clarity under pressure.
Explore the patterns that influence your decisions, responses and performance.
Mental coaching creates space to examine your challenges, question familiar assumptions and develop a stronger sense of direction.
- —Clarity and concentration.
- —Responses to pressure.
- —Confidence and mental resilience.
- —Personal patterns and priorities.
The focus is shaped around your goals and discussed during intake.
02 — Physical Performance
Train with purpose.
Physical training gives structure to effort.
Your starting point and goals inform the work, with attention to strength, endurance and the relationship between challenge and recovery.
The aim is to develop your physical capacity through purposeful training that fits into the wider programme.
03 — Nutrition & Recovery
Support your performance from within.
Nutrition and recovery are integral to the experience.
Personalised nutrition, time to recharge and a considered programme rhythm support the physical and mental work during your stay.
Together, these elements create an opportunity to examine the routines that support your energy and everyday performance.
04 — Personal Transformation
Turn insights into a way forward.
An insight becomes useful when you understand how to act on it.
Throughout the experience, attention is given to the habits, routines and choices you want to develop.
The intention is to build a practical connection between your time at The Reset House and the life you return to.
The Method
First the body. Then the mind.
The programme opens with a physical confrontation: strength, conditioning, breathwork and recovery under pressure. The body gives an honest account of how you respond to effort and discomfort.
From there, the mental work begins. The coaching addresses:
- —Ownership
- —Behavioural patterns
- —Identity
- —The dialogue you hold with yourself
- —Boundaries
- —Decision-making
Reset. Rebuild. Perform.
A connected approach to your mind, body and everyday life.
